Whether you are experiencing physical symptoms, emotional distress, or varied forms of tension, there is often a deep-seated reason for it, and that can be uncovered and remedied with these modalities. You hold all the knowledge, answers and healing within yourself.
Through my training, tools, intuition and experience, I help you get to the cause of your suffering, and we work to come to resolution and well-being. I get to know who you really are, and serve as a guide. I act from a place of love and awareness — never judgment.
How does my process work?
QHHT or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a form of hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon that guides people into a deep trance state (theta) to access their Subconscious or Higher Self. During a session, a person may explore past lives or other varied states of consciousness to gain insight, find answers to their life questions and receive healing for physical, emotional or spiritual blockages. This must be done in person.
In hypnotherapy, you’re guided into a hypnotic state (or deeply meditative state) — slightly deeper than your conscious mind — where you’re able to get in touch with aspects of yourself that you may not be aware of. Therapeutic suggestions & varied techniques aimed at addressing certain psychological and physical issues are used. At every moment, you are always in control of what you do and say.
Emotion/body/belief code is done by tapping into the subconscious mind to identify and release energetic blockages. Muscle testing is used to hone in on the emotions, body and/or beliefs that need attention.
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses various breathing techniques to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It involves consciously using the breath to address a wide range of issues

Step 1: Intake
Awareness / Clarity / Focus areas
When we first meet, I find out as much as I can about what’s going on for you — what, where, why, how — as much as you can tell me for as long as it takes. Through curiosity, questions and deep, empathic listening, we hone in on what might be causing these symptoms. (For example, you may be experiencing difficulty sleeping, but why? It might turn out that you keep yourself so busy all day to avoid feeling fear, but when you’re in bed, it’s the only thing you can hear, and of course, you can’t sleep.) In this session, we get deeper clarity on where to focus.
Step 2: The Work
Discovery / Rewiring / Acceptance / Understanding / Compassion
During your sessions depending on your specific needs, we use different modalities to help you to get to the heart of the issue — and ultimately re-engage with your wholeness so you can feel happier, healthier and free of whatever is keeping you stuck.

PARTS WORK
“Parts” is a way of bringing awareness to and talking out the experience we all have when we are divided, or have inner conflict. In hypnotherapy, we find ways to integrate these parts into a mutually agreed upon goal.

REGRESSION
By supporting a state where individuals can remember past events, this approach focuses on resolving significant past events which are contributing to current challenges.*
*While the regression we do together involves looking back in your present life, I am also trained in past life regression for those wishing to explore.

EMOTION CODE, BODY CODE, BELIEF CODE
Emotion, Body and Belief Code sessions can be done with or without hypnotherapy. These patented, revolutionary energy balancing systems are intended to help you uncover and release root causes of discomfort, sickness, and suffering in body and spirit. Throughout our lives trapped negative emotions have been stored in the body through our subconscious mind’s desire to protect us from further suffering. Being our best self requires that we shed what holds us back.

BREATHWORK
Controlled extended breathing leads to greater awareness of our deeper emotions and thoughts, improves our flow of energy and can improve both physical and mental health. It can lead to expanded states of consciousness where you can gain a higher sense of Self.

NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming uses perceptual, communication and behavioral techniques to change thoughts, actions and habits to achieve desired outcomes.
At the end of each hypnotherapy session…
Clients are brought into as high of a core state as possible — the best way you can possibly feel in that moment. Sometimes it’s calm, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s relieved, and it’s almost always hopeful. This helps clients step away feeling better, and excited to continue the work in our next session.
My clients usually see noticeable progress, after just a few sessions using one or more of the modalities.
